4 out of every 5 items in their Buffett is excellent. The price is right. Why do I go here. I am miserable. I have no self control. I can't stop eating. I am now needing sleep. I don't want to be a fat guy. General Tsao chicken. Salty meats and cheeses. Too old to digest a Buffett.

If you do not care about good taste and want quantity and lots of calories then there is a lot of food at this buffet but none, as in zero, of these selections taste like good good Chinese cooking. In fact, this is one of the worse Chinese restaurant buffets I have visited. You will find quite a few senior citizen trying to stretch their dollars (they give a discount of $1 off, wow!) and you will see a lot of people who want to eat, eat, eat (think big people) and do not care what it taste like. Bottom line: Avoid "Top of China".

2.5*...I travel all over the U.S. for work, and Chinese Buffets are one of my favorite to experience, as for this one, well.. don't get your hopes up. Good selection, but all the food is below average, even the Mongolian grill was questionable. Also they have Italian advertised on their sign outside?? One pizza and some very hard garlic bread?? The crab legs were very meaty for a buffet of this caliber, be warned they are very very salty.

Really great sushi. This is the second visit and it is nice to have consistency. Hit foods are hit and not overly oily. Friendly wait staff.

Even thinking about this place is exciting my taste buds. First off, let me start out by saying this is a favorite amongst most of my friends, given the fact I de-friend anyone who speaks of this place negatively, simply because they are tragically incorrect. This establishment is home to a lovely array of very cultured food items, including their brilliant Italian selection of garlic bread and pizza. To drink I'd recommend their watér, served chilled, over ice of course. I am personally not a huge fan of sushi but once I step foot into this place I am essentially a sushi connoisseur. And you simply can't forget about their diverse salad bar. Most importantly I must pay tribute to their absurdly delicious variations of chicken, my personal favorite being the coconut-pineapple chicken (can't remember the exact name). Once you're ready for the dessert you must make your way to their designated sweets area, home to many types of cakes and cookies that simply keep you guessing! But wait! Did you forget to save room? You must have forgotten about the Mongolian BBQ included in your ridiculously cheap priced dinner/lunch!! They have a very friendly Waite staff, especially when faced with their less than friendly customers (regular buffet goers). But before you go there are two things you must see with your own eyes, first being the divine poetry written upon the men's stall closest to the bathroom entrance, including such works as "yur muther" and "call _______ for a good time!" And second being the very culturally authentic gift shop (have money in hand, trust me). I only wish I could give you all this review in person to emphasize the sincerity. 11/10. Would recommend.

I'd give this more of 3.5 stars, as I found that one of my favorites is only served during lunch. Darn. Their sushi is still... meh... but.. what can you do? Lots of people seem to appreciate it to an extent. I don't really like the Mongolian BBQ still. The crab legs for dinner are pretty good considering how much of them my kids will eat. Their chicken and broccoli is great, as is the chicken on a stick and General Tso's. Worth going, but don't get your hopes up about the sushi unless you have pretty low sushi standards. It's mildly above grocery store sushi.

Give your arteries a break and avoid this place! We eat a Chinese buffets from time to time and for the most part, they all have a special air about them.... usually grease. This one is no exception, but seemed to be worse than most. Nothing was impressive. The stuff they refer to as sushi didn't even have any fish in it... just veggie rolls. Maybe to help soak up the grease from all the other deep fried and lathered in oil foods. Again... we don't expect much when going to a chinese restaurant, but this one is way on the bad side. You'd be better off down the street at McDonalds.

As far as Chinese buffet places go, this is one of the better ones I've been to. Very reasonably priced and really like the new Mongolian grill, though it could have more options.

I was between 3 and 4 stars. I went with 4 because I found the place very clean and the waiter very nice, clean and polite. The food was a shade better than other buffets but I have also had better as far as selection goes. All in all I would eat there again and recommend it for lunch.

This place is pretty grim, even by the relatively low standards necessitated when visiting a Chinese buffet. The pork and mushrooms was 95% mushrooms, the mixed seafood was 90% Krab, the "scallops" were 100% Krab, or, more likely, an off brand knock off of Krab. And I'm not sure what that stuff wrapped in nori was, but I sure as hell wouldn't call it sushi. I'm a pretty big proponent of the Chinese buffet and have regularly patronized several that were fairly low rent but still served a decent enough product, and this is not one of them.

The service staff was very good but the quality of food is declining. It was not always this way but this will be the last time I go to this restaurant. Some of the food tasted as if it was made a week ago and was disgusting. I did not bother finishing my desert because by that time I was sick from eating their stale, poor quality food.

Don't waste you hard earned cash. The only thing that was good was the fried donuts. Very messy place and the server messed up on our pop order twice. It was packed! There has to be a better place for Chinese food served buffet style.

I would rate this Chinese buffet as about average, but the selection was extremely large. Five full serving buffets long with sushi. Very reasonable price. Works well for a quick lunch, but wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
